Racing Step Kit, VJ23 RGV250 Designed and produced in-house at TYGA Performance using the latest CAD software and CNC machined from top quality, aircraft grade aluminium. They feature levers moving on high quality sealed ball bearings to give precise and smooth movement, and comes complete, ready to bolt on with stainless steel fasteners. Supplied with carbon fiber heel guards on both side, and although primarily a racing part, also includes the necessary hardware for the rear brake light switch. This step kit moves the peg position back 10 mm. and up 20 mm. from standard. Pitch of hanger frame mounting holes is 71.4mm. and the master cylinder mounting pitch is 49mm. Race shift is possible but requires removal of the side stand. ***IMPORTANT*** Please note that it is essential to reposition the rear brake hose banjo position where it mounts to the master cylinder. If left in the standard position there may be a possibility that the brake hose fitting will contact the swing arm. This is easily solved by loosening the banjo bolt and rotating the banjo counterclockwise as far as it will go and then locking up the bolt. Related
